Me and my mother being out of town and trying to sell a house 600 miles away was hard but not with Kerry. She picked up mail and made special trips to the house to make sure everything was in order for all the showings. It eased our minds.

Kerry Pry was super helpful in the process of purchasing a home in FL. Since we do not currently live in Florida, Kerry provided all of the necessary information we needed to walk us through the process as well as the rules and regulations of the association. Kerry also approached the buyer with some of the concerns we had from the initial inspection and a few items later found that needed to be addressed. Kerry was also very friendly throughout the process and was available for all of our questions. Kerry was great!
