Since we do not currently live in Florida, Kerry provided all of the necessary information we needed to walk us through the process as well as the rules and regulations of the association. Kerry also approached the buyer with some of the concerns we had from the initial inspection and a few items later found that needed to be addressed. Kerry was also very friendly throughout the process and was available for all of our questions. Kerry was great!

Kerry made this entire process so easy, especially for first time homebuyers who were living out of state at the time.
